A special technical committee appointed by Kerala state government to check the transparency and randomness of the Kerala lottery drawing machine. It is again inspected by a team including the judging committee and Kerala lottery officials. Kerala lottery drawing machine is operated by a control switch. Today's draw process is monitored by S.J. Sharma The Joint Director, Kerala State Lottery Department along with his supervisory team. Today's draw was anchored by Miss. Shamathmika Devi. To trial runs were conducted before the real draw was started. Today's Akshaya AK-423 lottery tickets where printed in 12 series AA, AB, AC, AD, AE, AF, AG, AH, AJ, AK, AL and AM. The starting number of the tickets will be 100000 and the ending number will be 779999 in each series for today’s draw. Though the price structure allows to print tickets numbered from 100000 to 999999, normally tickets are printed with respect to the sale of tickets in in earlier draws. Now full lot of tickets are not printed for any of the draws of Kerala lottery. The drawing machine is designed to draw winning numbers between 100000 and 999999.So un printed or unsold numbers are also drone in the process. If the machine yields an un printed number (which is starting from 780000 for today's draw) or an unsold number which is already printed for the draw today then that draw is cancelled at once and redrawn again. This condition is maintained for the draw of top tier prizes. So the top tier prizes are always won by a person. This makes Kerala lotteries more attractive. If any drawing wheel stops showing parts of two adjacent numbers or alphabets of series then also it is redrawn. This is done for all the prices. If a four digit number is repeated in any of the lower prize slots then also they draw it again. A total of 1,05,59,750 tickets were sold out for Akshaya AK-423 draw and 250 tickets remained unsold.

Kerala lottery Akshaya AK-423 draw is finished on 11 December 2019. Judging panel Chairman was Sri. Sivadhat (Trivandrum Muncipal Corparation Councelor). There are five other members 1. Adv. Giri Kumar (Councilor, TVM Corparation), 2. Smt. Thara (Chair Person, Development Standing Committee, Kattakkada Grama Panjayath), 3. Advt. Sreedevi R, 4.Prof. S.Sivan (Retd. proffecer, SN College, Cherthalla). The First prize (RS.60,00,000/-) number is AH-930766. All the 11 tickets having this number and different series will get Rs.8000 as consolation prize. The second prize (RS.5,00,000/-) went to AG-277855. Third prizes are 12 numbers one each in every series Rs.1 Lakh each. The numbers are AA-177216 AB-561747 AC-139254 AD-845861 AE-875568 AF-391632 AG-148529 AH-373453 AJ-347050 AK-662761 AL-785984 AM-156871. Districts of Winning number will be known in a short while.
